Q- Can anyone do this program?
A- Yes, anyone can do this program. The "hard-core" part is not the exercise but rather the mindset needed to lose in weeks what normally takes many months.

Q- When does it start and what is the cost?

Q- What are times and dates for the classes?
A- You have access to 14+ classes per week. You can pick and choose those you want. Do as many or as few as you want. There are only 3 classes that are restricted and I placed an "X" on them. The Schedule is below.

A- First. All other programs are meant to help you reach your goal with as little discomfort as possible. This program aims at getting as much results as possible in the shortest amount of time. Although we are all friendly, the program's purpose is not intended to socialize and make friends.
